Best of luck on your retirement. And kudos for the education you did with your bosses (they deserve credit too). Ronni ~Scleroderma Awareness Is Key to a Cure~ SCLERODERMA FOUNDATION Call 1-800-722-HOPE

Well, my friends, I’m counting down my days until I retire. I’m down to 11. What’s more important than counting days is counting my blessings. To think, two years ago, I was on the ropes. The combination of everything pertaining to CREST, including a substantial loss of income, did a number on me. Thanks to Dee and the good people on this group, I got to the point I am now. I am very much alive and feeling better. A big plus is the fact that I will now draw a full pension check each month. I’ve read some horror stories about people having financial problems because of the effects of SD and CREST. My situation paled in comparison. At least I had a partial source of income on the days that I could work. I am thankful for the help my bosses gave me, because I made a big pitch (and often a big bitch) about the effects of SD and CREST. Many are now aware of the situation you and I must face each day, and thru the proper channels and procedures, are able to be accommodating Today, I feel very lucky and fortunate. It would be selfish of me though, if I didn’t wish the same fate to others. Good luck and good wishes are things that should be shared. To horde these things would be doing society a terrible disservice. Bob – alle…@tiac.net ICQ 6418621
