I’ve been on Voltaren for a number of years now, and have always been cautioned to take it with food to protect against stomach upset, and possible stomach ulcers/bleeding from prolonged use.

I took Voltaren many years ago for an extended period of time. I was under the impression that all NSAIDs were rough on your stomach, I know they certainly were with mine. I have been off of them for 4 years now. When I have a bad flare my doctor puts me on a dose pack of prednisone. Gill
